2-19-11 Organizing

Maybe my friend Billy is rubbing off on me. Spent a few hours in my sewing room and organized all the scraps of fabric my aunt has given me. Makes me wanna quilt:)

2-18-11 Snoozin

I spent the day with my aunts quilting and I looked over and saw my aunts dog zoned out. I couldn't help but think he had to be today's picture. Not a care in the world!

2-17-11 Wisdom

...and I have filled him with the Spirit of God, with wisdom, with understanding, with knowledge and with all kinds of skills— Exodus 31.3

That verse just speaks to my heart. Everyday there is an opportunity to learn and to gain wisdom. To see situations the way God will have us see. To hear what God would have us hear. To use our talents as God designed.

I found these glasses a long time ago in my old country barn and have displayed them for many years. I have always wondered what these glasses have seen and the wisdom brought to the man who wore them.

Someone was sleeping at quality control I am afraid. Ha Ha. Taylor and I poured out a few M&M's and we both laughed out loud when this orange guy came spilling out.

Just love the gorgeous yellow of this sign of spring. A co-worker received flowers at work yesterday and this cheerful sight is just outside my office. It sings to my soul!
